Manage your autostart programs Autostart and Process Viewer 1.41 Gives you a control over applications which start with Windows, and shows which processes are running on your computer. But the most important thing is that this program helps you find out which processes and autostart entries are new. You can "accept" a process or a program starting with windows, and if a new ("unaccepted") item appears - the program tells you about it.

APV installs easily and makes it simple to control autostart programs. I've had no problems with the software. It does what it says it does.

Don`t know if it works properly The program seems to be working, but does not see all of my RAM. I have 3Gb installed, but the program only reports 2Gb. It also shows NO memory use continuously. It could do with a help file as well, to explain the icons.

Opinion This tool was awesome! You could remove bad autostarts, configure your PC by yourself If you are looking something for Changing /removing autostart and process checker, Then this is the right tool! I rate it 10/10

Remote Process Viewer for Windows networks Remote Process Viewer 1.2.0.53 "Remote Process Viewer" is a free remote Windows Task Manager for your network. It will show you detailed information about all the processes on a chosen remote computer in a Windows network: process file name, full path, ProcessID, Memory usage, CPU time, Handles, PID of the parent process, user session ID, number of threads and priority.

The program worked well for finding the process name and ID. I would have liked for the program to allow me to remotely kill a process though. I did use systernals pskill after Remote Process Viewer gave me the process name and ID I was looking for.

The following email to my computer guru reveals my frustration with this program, which I found totally undocumented and useless to me:----- Original Message ----- From: I B To: G BSent: Thursday, June 11, 2009 3:21 PMSubject: Remote Process Viewer- RemoteProcesses.exe-AND-%SystemRoot%\system32\mstsc.exeGBGoogled - free software to view Microsoft Windows system process not shown by Windows Task ManagerMany results, one free - Remote Process Viewer - downloaded & scanned for virus 1st.Ran it, got error message WMI error User credentials cannot be used for local connections. Googled error message. Hard to follow, but chat advice did not seem helpful. ...

Almost... I was only put off from this application by the password field being plain text, and in plain sight on the main interface.Otherwise, it looked promising.

needs to add a few things Hi, I'm very pleased with the product that you're offering, but I must say there are a few extra features I wish it had. Such as: ability to view processes in real-time, not just snapshots, memory usage, and % processor usage. I would also like the ability to change/end processes remotely (with the appropriate permissions, of course). Thank you very much!

Full-featured help viewer for Windows. Help Explorer Viewer for Windows 3.0 Help Explorer Viewer is a full-featured help viewer for both Windows and Linux. One of its main advantages is 100% support of the WinHelp (.hlp), MS HTML Help 1.x (.chm) and MS Help 2.0 (.HxS) help file formats that are widely used in Windows, which lets you use the same online help files for cross-platform applications running under Linux and Windows. Another great advantage of Help Explorer Viewer is its easy integration into your applications.

Didn`t work for me Unfortunately, Windows CHM reader doesn't work on my system after installing IE8 (the same for my work colleagues). This application must use the same method of rendering, because it is also effected with the same problem (no pages render). The only solution was to get a Firefox plugin, and that worked great.

Did not work. Sorry, but on choosing open in the menu, nothing happens. So I deinstalled the software.

First use. At the first use this program seem to be easy to use, and respond at my first wanted opening hxs files.
